Agreement Process
  1. High School or College Submits Articulation Request Form

  2. Initial Evaluation of Course Equivalency
  3. Convene Curriculum Review Committee
  4. Review Curriculum and Determine Method for Awarding Credit
    • For courses awarding credit by examination: methods of examination will be reviewed.
    • College faculty determine method for awarding credit.
    • For courses awarding articulation: an in-depth review of course objectives, competencies, exams/evaluations, textbooks, grading standards, critical thinking skills, written assignments, outside assignments, equipment, and facilities to determine if the high school/ROP course(s) meet collegiate standards of quality and rigor.
    • If necessary, follow up meetings are scheduled for further development of curriculum and review.
  5. Develop Articulation Agreement
  6. Update Tech Prep Master List
  7. Notify Appropriate Campus Personnel
