- High School or College Submits Articulation Request Form

- Initial Evaluation of Course Equivalency
- Convene Curriculum Review Committee
- Review Curriculum and Determine Method for Awarding Credit
- For courses awarding credit by examination: methods of examination will be reviewed.
- College faculty determine method for awarding credit.
- For courses awarding articulation: an in-depth review of course objectives, competencies, exams/evaluations, textbooks, grading standards, critical thinking skills, written assignments, outside assignments, equipment, and facilities to determine if the high school/ROP course(s) meet collegiate standards of quality and rigor.
- If necessary, follow up meetings are scheduled for further development of curriculum and review.
- Develop Articulation Agreement
- Update Tech Prep Master List
- Notify Appropriate Campus Personnel
